Legacy Survey & Decant

Depending on the size of the project in hand, we can either directly though our own team, or with our supply chain partners, offer full legacy surveys. This involves the team onsite identifying and cataloguing every item required to be moved, including a full image library, and then when necessary, including this information within our BIM modelling process.

If required, we can then plan for a full decant of the legacy furniture, either to a temporary holding location or direct from the old school to the new. From the report generated by the legacy survey, with all items logged and tagged, we endeavour to make this process simple and efficient, fully managing , decommissioning and recommission all your assess where necessary.
