Eden Boys is our third Star Academies Trust project. A full FF&E package for both fitted and loose furniture and equipment.

I am aware in recent weeks we have reported across business for new projects on Labfx performance, and how the whole event was exceptional throughout at Eden Boys Academy, my reasons as follows:-

At Enquiry Stage to meeting the Owner/Managing Director in our Plan Right session with him, was a key start to the project success. Wates and LabFX had clear questions of how to plan and what could be achieved, and how to deliver in terms of production line to receiving furniture on site. All the key questions and frank conversation charted out a precise plan from fitters to transport, staff, and distribution, where as follows:-

• Understood production line output and how this could be optimised to floors as repeat items
• Clear dates of deliveries to how long for install
• Materials in covid times
• QA
• Information process flow

All the above are a few points discussed, but we have had a company that delivers on its promise, and, informed us weekly and daily of events and any issues and positives. It is fair also to state that the whole wates team delivered in giving areas and zones which from storage and distribution, all added to key to success. I know our business is enormously pleased with projects both completed and ongoing with us, with LabFX.

Great storey which we should celebrate when achieved. The client has also expressed the quality of product and installation finish.
